Monday Sessions - Demonstration and lecture for full cohort (10 students). Students can watch and learn live, ask questions, or watch the recording at their convenience

Breakout Sessions - Group A (Tuesdays) and Group B (Wednesdays) meet for hands-on practice and application of techniques learned in Monday's group demonstration. Breakout classes are 5 students each so Steph can take plenty of time to work with each student individually.
